eInvite Treasure Moments (aka D2D TREASURE MOMENTS PVT LTD.) provides 100% digital products only. We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All our invitation templates are delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Method
2.1 Primary Delivery Channels
After successful order completion and receipt of customization details, your digital invitation will be delivered through:
- Email: Sent to the email address provided during checkout
- WhatsApp: Sent to the mobile number provided (if applicable)
- Download Link: Secure download link accessible through your account
2.2 File Formats
Your digital invitation will be delivered in one or more of the following formats based on your purchase:
- PDF Format: High-resolution PDF file optimized for digital sharing and printing
- JPG/PNG Format: Image files for social media sharing
- MP4 Format: Video invitations (where applicable)
- Web Link: Interactive online invitation page with RSVP functionality (where applicable)
3. Delivery Timeline

3.2 Express Delivery (Additional Charges Apply)
- 12-Hour Delivery: ₹300 extra
- 6-Hour Rush Delivery: ₹500 extra
- Same-Day Delivery: ₹800 extra (order before 12 PM)
Note: Express delivery is subject to availability and does not apply to video invitations or complex multi-page designs.
3.3 Peak Season Timelines
During wedding season (October-March) and festive periods, delivery times may be extended by 24 hours. We will notify you in advance if this applies to your order.
4. Delivery Process
Step 1: Order Placement
- Complete your purchase and payment
- Receive order confirmation email with order number
Step 2: Customization Details Submission
- Within 24 hours, you'll receive a customization form link
- Fill in all required details (names, dates, venues, photos, etc.)
- Submit the form
Step 3: Processing
- Our design team reviews and processes your customization
- You may receive clarification questions if needed
Step 4: Delivery
- Final customized invitation sent to your email and WhatsApp
- Download link remains active for 30 days
Step 5: Confirmation
- Please confirm receipt and review the invitation
- Request revisions if needed (within 24 hours)
5. Download Access & File Storage
5.1 Download Link Validity
- Download links remain active for 30 days from delivery date
- You can download the files multiple times during this period
- After 30 days, links expire for security reasons
5.2 File Backup
- We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately
- Files are stored on our servers for 30 days only
- After 30 days, we cannot guarantee file recovery
5.3 Re-delivery Charges
- Free re-send within 30 days if link expires due to technical issues
- ₹200 charge for re-delivery after 30 days (if files are available)
6. Technical Requirements
6.1 For Receiving Files
- Active email address
- Stable internet connection
- Device with PDF reader (for PDF files)
- Video player (for video invitations)
- Minimum 50 MB free storage space
6.2 Recommended Software
- PDF Files: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive PDF viewer
- Video Files: VLC Media Player, any standard video player
- Image Files: Any image viewer or gallery app
7. Delivery Issues & Resolution
7.1 Email Delivery Failures
If you don't receive the invitation email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address provided is correct
- Contact us immediately at treasuremoments.official@gmail.com
- We will resend to an alternative email address
7.2 File Access Issues
If you cannot open or download files:
- Ensure you have the required software installed
- Try a different browser or device
- Contact our support team for alternative delivery methods

- Viewing and sharing guidance
- Printing specifications

PART B: REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. General Refund Policy
Since we deal exclusively in digital products, traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 FULL REFUND (100%) - Approved Cases
You are eligible for a complete refund in the following situations:
A. Before Customization Work Begins
- Order cancellation requested within 2 hours of payment
- Customer changes mind before providing customization details
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Payment processed but order not received
B. Service Failure
- We are unable to deliver the product within the promised timeline
- Technical issues on our end prevent product creation
- We cannot accommodate your specific customization requirements
Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days to original payment method
2.2 PARTIAL REFUND (50%) - Special Cases
Partial refunds may be considered in these situations:
- Significant design errors that cannot be rectified
- Major discrepancy between product description and delivered item
- Quality issues that substantially affect usability
Assessment: Each case reviewed individually by our team
2.3 NO REFUND - Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following scenarios:
Customer-Related Issues:
- Change of mind after customization work has started
- Errors in information provided by customer (wrong dates, names, venues, etc.)
- Poor quality of photos/images provided by customer
- Delay in providing customization details beyond 48 hours
- Customer's device/software compatibility issues
- Customer's inability to download or access files due to internet issues
Product-Related Issues:
- Dissatisfaction with color choices selected by customer
- Font or style preferences not specified during ordering
- Minor design variations from preview images
- Customer's subjective opinion on design aesthetics
Post-Delivery Issues:
- After accepting the final delivered product
- After sharing/distributing the invitation to guests
- More than 24 hours after delivery
- After requesting and receiving revision(s)
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Windows

4. Revision & Correction Policy
4.1 Free Revisions (Within 24 Hours of Delivery)
We offer ONE (1) free revision for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors in text
- Incorrect dates, times, or venues (if provided correctly by customer initially)
- Technical issues with file format or quality
- Missing information that was provided in customization form
4.2 Revision Request Process
- Review your delivered invitation immediately
- Send revision request within 24 hours of delivery
- Clearly specify the changes needed
- Provide corrected information or photos
4.3 Paid Revisions
Additional revisions or major changes after the free revision:

5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Request Procedure

- Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours

You must review your delivered invitation within 24 hours and notify us of any issues immediately.
6.2 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible information during customization. Errors due to incorrect information provided by you are not eligible for refund.
6.3 Photo Quality
For photo-based invitations:
- Provide high-resolution images (minimum 1MB per photo)
- Images should be clear, well-lit, and properly oriented
- We are not responsible for poor output quality due to low-resolution images
6.4 Timely Communication
Respond to our clarification requests within 24 hours. Delays in communication do not extend delivery timelines and are not grounds for refund.
7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our product or service:

- After customization/delivery: No refund (you own the digital file)
- Exception: Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic lockdowns) - case-by-case review
8.2 Wrong Template Selection
If you ordered the wrong template:
- Before customization: Can change to different template (no extra charge)
- After customization started: No change allowed (new purchase required)
8.3 Last-Minute Changes
Changes to event details after delivery:
- First minor change within 24 hours: Free
- Additional changes: ₹200-500 depending on complexity
- Express delivery charges apply for rush changes
9. Fraud Prevention
9.1 Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraudulent and will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Legal action if applicable
- Blacklisting from future purchases
9.2 Fair Use
If we suspect misuse of our refund policy:

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the delivered product has genuine quality issues:
- We will re-do the work at no extra cost
- You'll receive the corrected version within 24 hours
- Multiple iterations until you're satisfied (for genuine errors only)
3. Print Quality Assurance
For invitations intended for printing:
- We provide print-ready high-resolution files
- Recommended print specifications included
- Guidance on paper type and size
- We are not responsible for third-party printing issues
PART D: IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Digital Product Nature
Please understand:
- All products are digital/virtual in nature
- No physical products will be shipped to you
- "Delivery" means electronic transmission of files
- "Return" is not applicable to digital products
2. Policy Updates
This policy is subject to change. Updates will be:
- Posted on our website immediately
- Applicable to orders placed after the update date
- Notified to existing customers via email (for major changes)
3. Legal Compliance

A: No, subjective design preferences are not grounds for refund. However, we offer one free revision for modifications within 24 hours.
Q2: What if I provided wrong event date and realized after delivery?
A: We will correct it for free as your first revision (within 24 hours of delivery). This is a one-time courtesy correction.
Q3: I can't download the file. Can I get a refund?
A: No, this is a technical issue we will resolve. We'll resend via alternative methods. Refunds are not provided for technical difficulties.
Q4: My event is postponed. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, no. You own the digital file and can request changes to the date for a nominal revision fee.
Q5: Can I cancel after seeing the first draft?
A: No, once customization work has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
Q6: How long do I have to request a refund?
A: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, refunds are not entertained.
