  • Thread Ceremonies, Anniversaries, and other celebrations

2.2 Product Formats

Our digital invitations are delivered in the following formats:

  • PDF Format: High-resolution PDF files optimized for digital sharing and printing
  • Video Format: Animated video invitations (where applicable)
  • Web Link: Interactive online invitation pages (where applicable)

2.3 Customization

All products require customization with your event details. You must provide accurate information including:

  • Names, dates, times, and venue details
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Any special messages or instructions
  • Contact information for RSVP

2.4 Product Ownership

While you purchase the right to use the customized invitation, the original template design remains the intellectual property of eInvite Treasure Moments. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the design templates.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Process

  2. Choose customization options (color, format, style)
  3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout
  4. Provide customization details through our form
  5. Complete payment
  6. Receive order confirmation via email

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

3.3 Pricing

3.4 Payment Confirmation

Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. In case of payment failure, you will need to retry the transaction.

4. Customization & Delivery

4.1 Providing Customization Details

After completing your purchase, you must provide complete and accurate customization details within 48 hours. Failure to provide details within this timeframe may result in order cancellation and refund processing.

4.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 48-72 hours from receipt of complete customization details
  • Express Delivery: 16-48 hours (where offered, subject to additional charges)
  • Video Invitations: 3-5 working days from receipt of complete details

4.3 Delivery Method

All digital invitations are delivered via:

  • Email to the registered email address
  • WhatsApp (if phone number is provided)
  • Download link (accessible for 30 days)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Copyright

All designs, templates, graphics, and content on our website are protected by copyright laws and are the exclusive property of eInvites Treasure Moments or our licensed partners.

5.2 Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the customized invitation for your personal event
  • Share digitally via email, WhatsApp, social media
  • Print for personal distribution

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the templates or customized invitations
  • Remove watermarks or branding (if any)
  • Claim ownership of the design
  • Use the design for commercial purposes
  • Modify the template for resale

5.4 User-Provided Content

Any photos, text, or content you provide for customization remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for creating your customized invitation.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing delivery of the product
  • Significant errors in the delivered product that cannot be corrected
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Order cancellation before customization work has begun

6.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after customization has begun
  • Errors in information provided by the customer
  • Late provision of customization details
  • Poor quality of photos/images provided by customer
  • Dissatisfaction with color choices made by customer

6.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Before customization begins: Full refund (minus payment gateway charges of 2-3%)
  • After customization has started: No refund
  • After delivery: No refund or cancellation

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible information for customization. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

7.2 Photo Quality

For photo-based invitations, you must provide high-resolution images. We are not responsible for poor print or display quality due to low-resolution images provided.

7.3 Proofreading

You must carefully review all details before finalizing your order. After delivery, you are responsible for verifying all information before distribution.

7.4 Timely Communication

You must respond to our emails/messages regarding customization details within the specified timeframe. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

eInvites Treasure Moments is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information from customers
  • Technical issues on the customer's device preventing file access
  • Third-party platform issues (email delivery failures, WhatsApp blocks)
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Printing quality issues (for customer-printed invitations)

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions
  • Server failures, cyber attacks, technical outages
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Personal Information
